"Member" means an individual who has enrolled in an active paid CONTENTMULA Membership in accordance with the Company's Membership Agreement and related policies.
"Project Director" means the title used by CONTENTMULA to identify active Members who participate in the Company's optional retail sales and referral program.
"Membership" means the Company's paid subscription program that provides access to designated educational materials, business tools, training, benefits, and other features offered by CONTENTMULA.
"Digital Products" include eBooks, audiobooks, videos, online courses, downloadable files, templates, worksheets, software tools, educational resources, and other digital content made available through the Website.
"Complimentary eBook Gift" or "eBook Gift" means any digital educational resource provided by the Company without charge as part of a promotion, free registration, marketing campaign, or other offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, eBook Gifts are licensed for personal use only and have no cash value.
"Goal Declaration Page" means a personalized webpage that may be made available to Project Directors to share personal goals, educational content, promotional materials, and designated CONTENTMULA products with prospective customers or Members.
"Content" includes all text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, software, downloadable files, educational materials, trademarks, trade dress, databases, layouts, designs, images, and other intellectual property available through the Website.
CONTENTMULA is a digital educational platform dedicated to providing practical, self-paced educational resources designed to help individuals develop new knowledge, improve personal skills, and pursue personal and professional goals.
Our educational library covers a variety of subjects, including financial literacy, budgeting, savings strategies, entrepreneurship, personal development, real estate, health and wellness, direct marketing, and other educational topics. All materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Depending on how a User chooses to interact with the Website, CONTENTMULA offers several ways to participate:
Participation in one service does not automatically enroll a User in another. For example, registering as a free Retail Member does not create a paid Membership, and purchasing a Digital Product does not automatically qualify an individual to participate in the Company's optional compensation program.

These communications may include account notifications, order confirmations, receipts, product updates, customer service messages, educational materials, promotional offers, legal notices, and other information related to your relationship with CONTENTMULA.
Where required by law, you may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. However, you may continue to receive transactional or administrative communications necessary to administer your account or fulfill contractual obligations.

Registration as a Retail Member is entirely voluntary and does not require the purchase of any product, service, or Membership.
A Retail Member may, where available:

Free registration does not create any obligation to purchase products, subscribe to a Membership, participate in the Company's optional retail sales opportunity, or remain registered for any minimum period of time.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free Retail Member program, or any associated benefits, at any time.
From time to time, CONTENTMULA may offer complimentary educational materials, including eBooks, guides, worksheets, videos, templates, or other Digital Products ("Promotional Educational Resources"), as part of a promotional campaign, free Retail Member registration, Goal Declaration Page, or other marketing initiative.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Promotional Educational Resources are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Receipt of a complimentary resource does not create a Membership, guarantee access to future promotions, or establish any continuing right to receive additional products without charge.

CONTENTMULA reserves the right to establish reasonable eligibility requirements or usage limitations for promotional offers, including limiting certain offers to one per individual, household, email address, or promotional campaign where appropriate.
As part of certain Membership benefits, CONTENTMULA may provide eligible Project Directors with a personalized Goal Declaration Page.
Goal Declaration Pages are designed to allow Project Directors to share personal goals, educational resources, retail products, and information regarding the CONTENTMULA platform with prospective customers and visitors.
Visitors who voluntarily submit information through a Goal Declaration Page acknowledge and agree that:
CONTENTMULA may provide technology and administrative support for Goal Declaration Pages but does not supervise, direct, or control the day-to-day communications between independent Project Directors and their customers.
Nothing contained on a Goal Declaration Page should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial results, business success, product outcomes, or personal achievement.
Users who no longer wish to receive promotional communications from a Project Director may unsubscribe where applicable or contact the sender directly.
All Digital Products made available through CONTENTMULA are licensed to the purchaser or authorized recipient and are not sold.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase agreement, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased or complimentary Digital Products solely for your individual educational purposes.

Every new Member begins with the Company's Introductory Membership at the then-current introductory Membership fee. Advancement through the Company's Membership Milestone Program is entirely voluntary and is governed exclusively by the Membership Agreement and Compensation Plan.
Members are responsible for maintaining an active account and paying applicable Membership fees when due.
Failure to maintain an active Membership may result in suspension or termination of Membership benefits, including access to Member-exclusive educational materials, software tools, retail opportunities, or other services.
Termination of Membership does not affect the Company's ownership of any intellectual property or the continuing application of those provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination.
CONTENTMULA may offer eligible Members the opportunity to participate in an optional retail sales and referral program.
Participation in the program is entirely voluntary.
Members who choose to participate act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for operating their independent business activities in compliance with applicable laws and Company policies.
Nothing contained in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or other legal relationship between the Company and any Member.
Compensation, commission eligibility, Membership Milestones, qualification requirements, and all other aspects of the optional retail sales opportunity are governed exclusively by the Company's Compensation Plan, Membership Agreement, Policies and Procedures, and other applicable governing documents, each of which may be amended from time to time.
Members are solely responsible for their own taxes, licenses, permits, insurance, advertising practices, and business expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Participation in the retail sales opportunity does not guarantee the receipt of commissions, customers, referrals, profits, or any level of income.
CONTENTMULA is an educational platform that also offers an optional retail sales opportunity for eligible Members. We do not guarantee that any User or Member will earn income, recover an investment, obtain customers, generate retail sales, recruit participants, or achieve any particular level of financial or business success.
Any earnings examples, income illustrations, testimonials, case studies, success stories, projections, or hypothetical scenarios presented through the Website, Digital Products, webinars, presentations, videos, social media, Goal Declaration Pages, or other Company materials are provided solely for educational and illustrative purposes. They are not promises, guarantees, or predictions of actual or future results.

Members and Project Directors are expected to conduct themselves honestly, professionally, and in a manner that reflects positively on CONTENTMULA.
When promoting CONTENTMULA, Members agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws relating to advertising, privacy, consumer protection, electronic communications, and intellectual property.
Members may not:

CONTENTMULA may use artificial intelligence ("AI"), automation tools, and other emerging technologies to assist in the development, organization, enhancement, translation, summarization, formatting, or delivery of certain educational materials and Website features.
